Job summary
Are you an enthusiastic and values-driven Applied Psychologist looking to grow your clinical skills within a supportive and innovative service? We are delighted to invite applications for a Band 7 role within our expanding multidisciplinary team.
We welcome applications from Clinical, Counselling, or Forensic Psychologists, including newly qualified practitioners or those due to qualify soon.
As part of our team, you will:
? Provide high-quality psychological assessment, formulation and intervention for service users with complex mental health needs? Contribute to MDT discussions, offering psychologically informed perspectives? Have access to excellent supervision structures, reflective practice, and CPD opportunities? Be part of a friendly, skilled, compassionate team where your ideas and development really matter? Shape service improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of learning and innovation

We are seeking someone who is:
- Passionate about delivering evidence-based psychological care
- Skilled in trauma-informed, compassionate, and formulation-led practice
