Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Temporary Staffing Team - the team responsible for coordinating temporary workforce cover across our Trust. You'll be part of a busy, friendly, and supportive team working behind the scenes to make sure our wards and services are safely staffed, 7 days a week. Initially, you'll work Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, while you learn the ropes. As your confidence grows, there will be opportunities to support the wider seven-day service and develop new skills.
Main duties of the job
What You'll Be Doing o Supporting the coordination of temporary staffing bookings across the Trust using the HealthRoster system o Assisting with booking requests, shift cancellations, and general enquiries from wards and departments o Helping with recruitment and training administration for bank workers o Providing day-to-day administrative support to the wider Temporary Staffing Management Team o Learning about workforce planning, HR processes, and NHS systems What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: o Enthusiastic, motivated, and keen to learn o Organised with good attention to detail o Confident using computers and systems (training will be provided) o Able to work well under pressure in a busy office environment o A team player with great communication skills
