Job responsibilities

To be responsible for assessing the mental health needs of individuals referred tothe team and to lead in the development and implementation of therapeuticinterventions to address that identified need.In the absence of the Team Manager, the post holder will report to the ClinicalLead/Community Operational Manager.Job description CPN Post, Band 6JonThere is an expectation that the post holder will work with wider community servicesincluding primary care and the voluntary sector. To be part of a multi-disciplinaryteam that provides evidence based interventions to meet the mental health needs ofadults and their families. To work towards own professional development. The postholder will have responsibility for a caseload and will be proactive in the assessmentof client need and implementation of packages of care.
