Vacancy for a Team Administrator
Band 3, Full Time, 37.5 Hours
Base: Dudley Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS)

Dudley's CAMHS Service is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Team Administrator with proven skills to complement our existing administrative team.
Main duties of the job
The work will be demanding and varied and you will be required to have excellent demonstrable administrative skills, be confident and assertive and be able to work autonomously using your own initiative. You should be a competent audio typist and have a good knowledge of Excel. The use of Rio would be desirable. Working in an NHS environment is also desirable.

As part of this very busy team you will need to provide an efficient, effective, professional and confidential secretarial service to our large team of clinicians. You will also be expected to provide diary management, such as booking appointments , maintaining records and attending minutes as and when required to take minutes.
You will work closely with other administrative staff to ensure continuity of administration support and mutual assistance within the service. It will be expected that the post holder will be able to think on their feet, provide flexible cover for service opening hours and able to cover times of absence such as holidays and sick leave.
