Vacancy for a Team Administrator
Band 3, 37.5 Hours per week
The postholder will work across the Black Country however can be based in a locality of their preference (Sandwell, Wolverhampton, Dudley or Walsall)
The Black Country Educational Mental Health Support Team (Reflexions) is predominately a CBT informed service delivering low to moderate support to children and young people in the educational settings across the Black Country, our model is in collaboration with the Educational Psychology service.

Main duties of the job
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Team Administrator with proven skills to complement our existing administrative team to work as part of this busy and developing team. You will need to provide an efficient, effective, professional and confidential secretarial service to our large team of clinicians across the Black Country working together with the locality administrators and Senior Team. You will be expected to provide diary management, such as booking appointments and to maintain records, both paper and electronic, in accordance with Trust policy.
You will work closely with all four teams across the Black Country service to ensure continuity of administration support and mutual assistance within the service. It will be expected that the post holder will be able to think on their feet, provide flexible cover for service opening hours and able to cover times of absence such as holidays and sick leave. The postholder will have a general workload which will allow for cover to be provided across the administration team as and when it required.

The work will be interesting and varied and you will be required to have excellent demonstrable administrative skills, be confident and assertive and be able to work autonomously using your own initiative. You should be a competent typist and have a good knowledge of Excel as the development of spreadsheets are required.
Duties will include:
- Typing of service user correspondence
- Development & maintenance of databases
- Support for leadership team as required
- Support for administrative team including cover for the Single Point of Access Team
- Arrangement of meetings and team days
- Minute taking on a rota
