Engaging with a range of partners both internally and externally, this role is critical to ensuring that our nursing colleagues feel supported, equipped and empowered to deliver high quality person-centred care and experience every day for the diverse communities we serve. We are committed to co-production with our staff, service users, carers, stakeholders, and local communities to achieve happier, healthier lives, and we are looking for a leader who shares our vision and values.
