Job summary
As part of the Digital Transformation team within the Digital Services Department this post will lead a large Digital Change Programme for the trust. Managing a team of Project Managers you will work with subject matter experts, divisional leads, clinicians and corporate teams to formulate and deliver a range of transformational digital projects that are ambitious and innovative, enabling the Trust and the wider system to achieve its strategic objectives in line with local and national policy, and above all make a difference for all of our stakeholders.
Main duties of the job
The Programme Manager will work closely with Project Managers divisional leads, clinicians and corporate teams to formulate and deliver an ambitious and innovative clinical systems change programme, supporting the Trust and the wider system to achieve its strategic objectives, and above all make a difference for all of our stakeholders.
About us
The organisation will provide a robust structure of support for the successful candidate. This will be based on a number of senior stakeholders within the team and wider Trust for escalations, guidance and coaching, as well as the postholder having access to project support to deliver the required outcomes.
The Trust will provide all required equipment for hybrid working and candidates will be expected to work 40% from BCH sites. The team work in a very agile way and support conversations about flexible and part time working to suit individuals needs.
