Job summary
To assist and support all members of the recovery/theatre staff and multi-disciplinary team, in providing safe, effective and efficient care to all paediatric patients during their time in theatres and recovery.
Main duties of the job
- To act as a positive role model at all times.
- To participate in performance management and appraisals.
- To follow Trust policy in the event of critical incidents and complaints.
- To read, keep up-to-date with and adhere to BCH CSW code of conduct and Trust guidelines policies and procedures.
- Be aware of limitations of job role and work within these parameters at all times
