Are you an ambitious, forward thinking, compassionate and experienced midwife looking to take on a leadership and management role on our Antenatal Ward?
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and inspire a dynamic maternity team at Birmingham Women's, with award capacity of 24 Antenatal beds. As the Antenatal Ward Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the Antenatal inpatient ward. You will ensure safe, effective, patient centered care while leading and developing a multidisciplinary team, in a supportive and inclusive environment. Working closely with Senior Maternity Leadership and within a supportive Inpatient Management team, you will help drive improvements, ensure compliance with standards and foster a culture of excellence.
You will provide a clinical presence working alongside your team on the ward for 40% of your hours, providing expertise to facilitate safe, effective, high quality, patient centered care.
