Job summary

A unique opportunity has arisen for Two Operational Support Managers to help lead community services within our Mental Health Division. The post will work within our community mental health services based in our three integrated Hubs across the city.

The successful candidates will play a leading role in operationally supporting either the Early Help or Early Intervention Psychosis Clinical Group as well as a range of system change projects. You will also be supporting the operational management of a defined portfolio of services within services, supporting operational performance and quality outcome measures of these services by working alongside clinical leads.

The successful candidates will have a clear role in maintaining operational standards, improving outcomes and prioritising experience for service users, families and carers. In turn you will work within a supportive environment which promotes personal and professional development and receive regular support, supervision, and appraisal.
