Job summary

We are seeking a Personal Assistant, to cover a 12 month maternity leave period.

We are seeking a Personal Assistant who has a keen eye for detail, is excellent at juggling multiple tasks and has the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient administrative support service to members of the Divisional Senior Leadership Team of the Women's Division.

Main duties of the job

The successful post holder will have experience in coordinating administrative tasks with a high level of efficiency and confidentiality. There will be an expectation of providing appropriate, effective high-level support as you act as a gatekeeper and the first point of contact. Dealing with correspondence and telephone calls in a timely and appropriate manner, as you take responsibility for setting up and maintaining office systems & procedures within the Women's Division senior management team. You will be part of an ever-growing team and will learn so much in this great development opportunity.   • oGood standard of education (4 GCSE's or equivalent) including Maths and English Language
  • oComputer Literate to level RSA III standard or equivalent
  • oECDL or equivalent IT qualification which demonstrates an ability to use all Microsoft word packages

Desirable

  • RSA III Customer Service Diploma or equivalent

Experience

  • oPrevious secretarial experience
  • oPrevious experience of working in administration at a senior level
  • oPrevious experience of taking and transcribing formal minutes
