Job summary
The purpose of the KIDSNTS Education Administrator role is to provide efficient and effective administration to the education team within KIDSNTS as well as some secretarial support duties. This role requires working within demanding time constraints in a busy, constantly changing working environment to support the delivery of education within the KIDSNTS team.
Main duties of the job
Provide administrative support in the organisation and delivery of KIDSNTS regional courses.
Draft agendas, collate and quality check education-related meeting papers, and circulate ahead of meetings meeting deadlines.
To take minutes and action notes as required at identified meetings; producing and circulating minutes and action logs in addition to following up on action points agreed during the meetings.
Arranging virtual, teleconference, video-call or venues for meetings and ensuring all members are informed of the date, time and location prior to the meeting.
Raise orders for goods and services using trust financial systems, maintaining a log of orders and payments in line with audit requirements pertinent to educational events.
