An exciting opportunity has arisen for highly motivated and proactive Neonatal Nurse to join the WMPN Neonatal Education Team. The successful applicant will be integral to shaping and delivering MDT education throughout the Network as well as delivering the Networks flagship Foundation Programme, co-designed with Keele University.
The Education Team answer to local and national drivers when planning our programme, and the post-holder will need to demonstrate agility in thinking to adapt quickly to respond to the needs of our Stakeholders. Could you rise to this challenge?
Main duties of the job
The post holder will establish and maintain an effective educational environment that enables the Network to support staff in the delivery of safe, high quality, evidence-based care to neonates and their families.
The post holder will offer, develop and deliver programmes of training and education that facilitate the on-going professional development for all levels of Medical, Nursing ,Allied Health Professionals and non-registered clinical workforce.
The post holder will act as an expert resource, demonstrating high standards of care and clinical expertise in the delivery of neonatal education.
The post holder will be expected to maintain a limited clinical profile working in an appropriate clinical environment,

Although initially a fixed term or secondment opportunity, it is anticipated that this role will become substantive. The WMPN is a dynamic and exciting team. - Evidence of on-going and current professional development
