Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join our growing team at Birmingham Women's and Children's NHS Foundation Trust.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for the sourcing and placing of temporary staff for the Trust. You will establish good working relationships with various managers and be confident in providing knowledge and support on all aspects of the temporary staffing process.

An important part of this role is to adhere to the Trust's processes, policies, recruitment KPIs and legal requirements.

Main duties of the job

As a Senior administrator you will have a professional manner along with excellent communication and organisation skills.

You will be passionate about your personal learning and development, identifying and undertaking CPD opportunities to further enhance your recruitment experience, skills, knowledge and/or qualifications.

At present, the Temporary Staffing Team are working flexibly between the Birmingham Children's Hospital and from home (this may be subject to change to in future).
