maternity leave secondment
This is
an exciting opportunity for an experienced intensive care nurse to enhance and
develop their skills in both the Paediatric intensive care unit and critical
care transport.
Previous
transport experience is essential.
Main duties of the job
The
successful applicant will be a registered nurse, with a recognised
intensive care nursing qualification. They will be highly motivated to ensure
that they work seamlessly between the 2 services (KIDSNTS and PICU with a
passion for intensive care transport medicine.
KIDSNTS
is an innovative regional transport and advice service dedicated to the
management of critically ill infants and children in the Midlands. Teams of
specially trained Doctors, Advanced Practitioners and Nurses are available 24
hours a day to transport babies and children to intensive care, paediatric and
neonatal units or other ward areas.
