Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced nurse with an interest in Education, Equipment and Transfers to work within the HDU+ Education, Equipment and Transfer (HEET) team. We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic, and passionate individual with a desire to develop the workforce of the future and provide high quality and safe care.
This role is to work within a team that provides Critical Care Level 1&2 education; preparing and supporting staff working outside of the PICU to care for critically ill children requiring level 1 and 2 critical care. The role also encompasses equipment management and transfer provision for patients outside of PICU requiring Critical Care.
Main duties of the job
You should have substantial experience working with a minimum of level 2 critically ill children. You must hold a recognised critical care qualification, have education experience and evidence of leadership.
