Job summary
A number of exciting opportunities have arisen for enthusiastic, motivated and dynamic Clinical Support Workers to work within our inpatient CAMHS service at Parkview Clinic, Moseley, Birmingham.
This service comprises of 3 wards, with a total of 34 beds. Young people age 11 - 18 are admitted to this Regional Service from across the West Midlands.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for highly motivated individuals with experience of mental health care or experience of working in other care settings to provide high quality care. You should be able to work on your own initiative under the support and direction of registered nurses as a member of a multi-disciplinary team that aims to provide high quality inpatient care to a diverse population. You should possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to relate to patients under our care and be able to forge effective professional relationships at varying levels, with care and compassion. We offer induction and training, opportunities for personal development and supervision and support. We're looking for someone who is always looking for ways to improve the care we can provide.
