Job summary
The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is the largest comprehensive cancer centre in Europe. Our Pharmacy Department plays a key role in maintaining and enhancing the Trust's reputation. An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and enthusiastic person to join the department in the role of Pharmacy Stores Manager. Leading a team of four staff members, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring the smooth transition of stock from receipt into Stores, through to distribution to wards, dispensary areas and other clinical areas across the Trust, as well as participating in specific departmental projects as seen appropriate. Other key areas of focus for the role include good stock control, waste minimisation, supply issues management and stock rationalisation and coordination of the 3rd party led direct to ward IV fluids service. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and able to manage and supervise a team of staff to ensure continued excellent service provision. Main duties of the job
- To manage the effective and safe operation of the Pharmacy Stores, to ensure safe provision of thepharmacy stores services at the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust (RMH).

- At least 2 years experience post qualification in hospital pharmacy
