Job summary

The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust has an international reputation for high quality patient care, education and research and its partnership with the Institute of Cancer Research has created the largest comprehensive cancer centre in Europe.

Applications are invited for a Clinical Research Fellow post which is available for 11.5 months. This post is a new appointment and is full-time, at the Sutton sites. It has been designed to manages children and young people with tumours of the Central Nervous System (CNS) aged between 1 and 24 years and to support research within the Drug Development Unit.

The Paediatric & AYA Neuro-Oncology Unit is one of the largest in the UK working in partnership with the Neurosurgical Units of St George's Hospital and King's College Hospital jointly treating 80-90 new cases of CNS tumours per year

Main duties of the job

The post will be based in the Paediatric Research Unit which operates at the Sutton site of the Royal Marsden Hospital. In order to fulfil the responsibilities of this post you must be eligible for full GMC registration.For further details / informal visits contact:
