We are seeking an organised and proactive Facilities & Site Logistics Supervisor to join our team at the Sutton site, including the Oak Cancer Centre. This is a vital supervisory role responsible for coordinating and supporting a wide range of operational services that keep our hospital running smoothly.The successful candidate will oversee portering, security, and will offer support to our reception services and Helpdesk functions, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. Main duties of the job
- The key purpose of this position is to manage the Portering, Post Room Security staff and CarParking Teams on all aspects of their work, ensuring the highest levels of performance which isconsistent with the Trust Core Values. In addition, to support the Management Team in thesmooth running of the service.
- To assist in overseeing the logistics of postal service and distribution of goods, materials, furnitureand equipment.
- To assist in providing facilitation of any site management requirements requiring logisticalsupport.
- Able to work across both sites and to be flexible to meet the needs of the service as and whenrequired.
