This post is an apprenticeship position and is based at the Chelsea site. This role is part of a dynamic and evolving team and the post holder will be required to provide high quality administration support at a leading Cancer Centre which prides itself on clinical excellence.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and motivated individual who must be able to demonstrate good communication skills, flexibility, reliability and have an organised approach to work. Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for a dependable and highly adaptable individual who is able to work independently and has the ability to fit in and proactively contribute to the existing team.This role is an excellent opportunity to develop your administrative skills in a fast moving, growing department within the NHS. Excellent Microsoft office skills are essential. Experience of working within operating theatre departments, anaesthetics and with Epic Op Time are an advantage.

Main duties of the job
The purpose of this post is to provide administrative support to the Anaesthetic Department with responsibility for theatre scheduling rotas for all Anaesthetic trainees/fellows and consultant rotas held within the clinical services division under the supervision of the anaesthetic manager.The post holder will also be a point of contact for all Anaesthetic trainees/fellows and Consultants for all administrative queries relating to annual leave and study leave.
