This is an exciting opportunity to join the in-house occupational health team at The Royal Marsden Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This is a nurse-led Occupational Health service with a sessional OH Physician. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Occupational Health screening nurse who will lead in delivering the immunisation assessment and clearance for our external contract, based at the University of Greenwich's Southwood (Avery Hill) campus. This is a part time permanent role working three days per week on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

The successful candidate will work alone on site at the University of Greenwich's Southwood (Avery Hill) campus, with support from the OH team in our Chelsea and Sutton locations. Therefore, experience of delivering NHS immunisations and vaccinations is essential for this role.

You will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills and evidence-based decision making. Initial training and induction for this role will be provided at our Sutton location (SM2 5PT).

Main duties of the job

1.1. To support the Occupational Health and Wellbeing Manager in the provision of an Occupational Health and Wellbeing service to our external client, the University of Greenwich for to provide Students on Health Care courses with appropriate immunisation screens, vaccinations and blood tests.

1.2. To promote a high standard of Occupational Health and Safety amongst students in line with current legislation.
