Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with academic staff to ensure all requirements are in place for courses, modules, programmes, and study days. Joining the Student Support Services team, you will liaise with students to process applications, monitor uptake against capacity, prioritise against target timescales, and contribute to all support services in the School. You will provide, organise, and prioritise a range of comprehensive course focused services for educational activities within The Royal Marsden School. We are looking for someone with good attention to detail, who works efficiently and can focus within a busy office environment.

- To provide full and comprehensive administrative support to School courses, including timetable development, student application, enrolment, attendance registers, evaluation, verification, file maintenance. Deal with queries from current students, produce reports, correspondence and a variety of document processing tasks.
- To liaise with guest speakers and facilitators when required; including negotiating availability, confirmation of commitments, reminders, collation of presentations and fee payments.
- Manage the electronic enrolment process for students to Moodle and support the assignment submission and marking phase through Turnitin.

- To identify and arrange the virtual or in person classroom and equipment needs for each course. Negotiate and resolve and conflicting priorities in liaison with other members of the School team including responding to changing uptake and capacity availability.
