As a key member of the Student Support Services team, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support and organising a wide range of educational activities.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with academic staff to ensure all requirements are in place for courses, modules, programmes, and study days. Joining the Student Support Services team, you will liaise with students to process applications, monitor uptake against capacity, prioritise against target timescales, and contribute to all support services in the School. You will provide, organise, and prioritise a range of comprehensive course focused services for educational activities within The Royal Marsden School. We are looking for someone with good attention to detail, who works efficiently and can focus within a busy office environment.

  • Good standard of written and spoken English; 'A' level or equivalent, or NVQ 4 level qualification (HNC/HND)
