Job summary
The Private Care Division is seeking an exceptional candidate to join our Directorate as PA to Senior Management.
This is an exciting time to join Private Care as we enhance our services and strive to consistently provide the highest quality of clinical and non-clinical care to all our patients.
The PA is a key support role within the Division, working closely with Senior Managers and the other Trust Directorate Management Teams to support the Divisional Nurse Director, Head of Commercial Finance, Service Manager and Senior Management Team.
Highly organised and motivated, the successful candidate will thrive on working in a fast-paced environment with competing demands and priorities.
Main duties of the job
The postholder will be responsible for the day to day management and co-ordination of all administrative functions associated with the smooth, efficient and effective running of the Private Care Directorate. The postholder will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director and Director of Operations for Private Care, and line manage the PA to the Divisional Nurse Director and Head of Commercial finance.
