Job summary

Due to some exciting developments within The Royal Marsden School, we are seeking to recruit a Student Services Manager within our School Services Team.

We are seeking an individual with energy, creativity, and expertise, to help support the application process for our learners to develop as cancer professionals. The successful candidate will ideally have a wide range of skills, specifically leadership and experience in working with databases, system improvement and a background in academic education. They will play a leading role in the support of future cancer healthcare professionals by enabling the Student Services team within the School, whilst looking at how to improve systems currently in use.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will make an important contribution in realising the strategic vision of the School, which is to enhance the care of people affected by cancer. The post holder will be responsible for providing support to students and the delivery of a high quality administrative service to the education activities of The Royal Marsden School. This will include the development and maintenance of IT and Quality systems.The post holder will also be responsible for the meeting of the contract monitoring requirements of a range of funders, partner institutions and other contractors.
