Main duties of the job
This is a senior administration position with responsibility for supporting the Managing Director and Clinical Director of the Rm Partners
As the first point of contact with the Managing Director and Clinical Directors office, it is imperative that the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director and Clinical Director promotes a positive image in areas of appearance, conduct and efficiency.
The role is absolutely vital in supporting the Managing Director and Clinical Director and allowing them to successfully fulfil their complex responsibilities.

To provide a confidential, comprehensive administrative and secretarial service with excellent planning and organisation skills in order to assist the Managing Director and Clinical Director in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Managing Director and Clinical Directors Office.
Manages the Managing Director and Clinical Directors business and social diaries, making all such arrangements in connection with RM Partners and other related business. This includes liaison with the Chief Executive's and other senior executives as necessary.
To respond to difficult situations in a positive manner, using excellent problem solving skills.
To take initiative and give leadership when necessary using good judgement.
Prioritises the Managing Director and Clinical Directors mail, advises on distribution and, where appropriate, initiates action and drafts responses. This includes the efficient dissemination of information to maintain service levels and meet deadlines where appropriate, in the Managing Director and Clinical Directors absence.

- Educated to A level standard or equivalent. Excellent IT/word processing skills/formatting /graphics skills
- A minimum of 2 years' experience of PA/Secretarial work at senior level (e.g. Director level)
- Experience of working as an Executive Assistant within the last two years
- A full working knowledge of a wide range of administrative procedures and organisational policies and procedures.
