Job summary
An exciting opportunity has become available for the role of Administration Team Leader in the Medical Day Unit, Chelsea. Under the supervision of the Sisters and the Matron, the post holder will coordinate all administrative aspects including reception, clerical duties and data collection. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of the schedulers team - organising and allocating tasks, management of the team roster, recruitment of staff, sickness management and training and supporting of staff. The post holder will work closely with the Sisters, nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient use of resources in order to provide a high standard of care and an effective service.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate must be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, multi-task and work under pressure. They will be required to have experience of providing a high level of administrative and organisational support with a positive approach to change and service improvement.
We are looking for candidates who have a good standard of office experience, and who have good healthcare I.T. skills, experience of using EPIC is desirable. We require excellent communication, organisation and time management skills. As well as good interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate yourself and others.
