This is a development role for motivated individuals looking to progress and develop into a Senior Maternity Support Worker. Over the course of 6-9 months you will be supported to complete your Care Certificate, undertake fundamental acute care competencies, undertake training and competencies in Maternity Theatre support skills (for WGH and SRH sites only) and progress to a Band 3 Senior Maternity Support Worker.Main duties of the job

Thisis ashift working role,across a 24/7 service includingnights,weekendsand bank holidays (12.5 hourstypicallyfrom 07:30 - 20:00 or 20:00 - 07:30).

No previous healthcare experience is necessary. We will provide all the training you need before you start working on one of our wards. You will start on our induction programme to help you settle into our organisation and receive 2 week supernumerary time once on your allocated Maternity unit.
