An exciting opportunity for a new B8a bank post working with Voice patients has arisen.
You will be part of a team working across all aspects of ENT & Voice Disorders with a specific specific focus on working with our TNBI community and people who have voice incongruence.
Main duties of the job
This position will be a key clinical specialist role within the our current SLT ENT & Voice Disorders Service.Leading on the delivery of high quality Outpatient SLT services across the county for patients with a voice incongruence.Highly developed skills/experience to manage patients with complex voice disorders
Highly developed skills/experience to manage patients with complex dysphagia,
Highly developed clinical skills/leadership for managing a complex large regional voice incongruence/dysphoria caseload.Highly developed clinical/leadership skills for assessment, management and service delivery of ENT and voice disordersSignificant experience of service development/delivery - providing second opinions and supervisionSignificant experience of development, delivery and teaching of MDT members
