Job summary
We are seeking two experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses to join an established Occupational Health team. The main base is a short walk from Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton. This is an exciting opportunity as the Occupational Health Service is expanding to provide OH services across University Hospitals Sussex.
The post-holders will focus on mental wellbeing and ill health, and the impact this has on ability to work. The post-holders will work autonomously and as part of the OH team.

Essential requirements
- RMN with evidence of working in an autonomous role.
- Ability to work flexibly in line with the demands of the service
- Good organisational, planning and time management skills
- Ability to make decisions, prioritise and work autonomously within clinical supervision parameters
- Proficient computer skills and ability to produce high quality OH reports
Desirable
- Experience of working within an NHS OH Service
- Experience of working with neurodivergent clients.
This role is eligible for visa sponsorship under the UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) Skilled Worker route however sponsorship can only be provided where applicants meet the specific requirements set by UKVI, including the relevant skill and salary thresholds (£25000), and any role-specific criteria.
