This is a development role for motivated individuals looking to progress and develop into a Senior Healthcare Support Worker. Over the course of 6 months you will be supported to complete your Care Certificate, undertake fundamental acute care competencies and progress to a Band 3 Senior Healthcare Support Worker. No previous healthcare experience is necessary. We will provide all the training you need before you start working on one of our wards. You will start on our induction programme to help you settle into our organisation and receive 2 week supernumerary time once on the ward.
