The successful candidate will support the OPD Nurse manager with leading the team. In conjunction with the nurse manager, you will be responsible for promoting an environment conducive to individual and team development, to ensure the delivery of high standards of patient care in line with clinical governance. You will assist the nurse manager in meeting strategic demands and divisional goals and help to deliver & understand the targets set for each speciality in a constant drive for excellence. You will also have the responsibility for the effective management of the department in the absence of the Nurse manager.

You will be an active clinical member of the team, collaborating with multidisciplinary staff to ensure the smooth and efficient running of multispecialty clinics, as well as nurse-led clinics.
