RTT Validation Officer

The closing date is 16 October 2025

Job summary

We are recruiting for a position based in our friendly and supportive team to work with all RTT 18 week validation.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person who is able to work well both within a team as well as unsupervised home working with strong self motivation, confidence & an eye for detail. Once fully trained there will be a working pattern of 2 onsite and 3 days working from home (over 5 days, Monday to Friday on a rota basis) with working hours being between 08:00-17:00 (This is non negotiable and based at RSCH. Please only apply if you live within commuting distance and can fulfil 2 days on site, with occasional extra days). Whilst full support will always be available you will need the motivation and strong self-discipline to manage your own assigned workload and escalate where necessary. Attention to detail is essential as you will be dealing with repetition where accuracy is key. You will need to be I.T competent and have experience with a variety of software.

NHS experience and medical terminology would be advantageous, though not essential as full training will be given to the right person.
