Job summary
We have a great opportunity for an experienced administrator with knowledge of HR systems and processes to join our Chichester based workforce services team. In this key role you will use your supervisory skills to lead and motivate our team of Administrators to accurately maintain our HR system (ESR). To succeed in the role you will be comfortable working to set deadlines, have a good general understanding of HR administrative processes and demonstrate strong customer service skills. The Workforce Services team are responsible for maintaining our HR system with accurate staff information and providing support to managers and staff regarding employee records. Working closely with the Service Delivery Manager, your role will be at the centre, maintaining quality, accuracy and compliance.

Main duties of the job
The Workforce Services Team Leader provides management and supervision support for a team of Workforce Services Administrators ensuring high standards of customer experience.The post holder manages complex changes or amendmentstostaff records that require escalation and are of a non-routine nature. The post holder will take the lead on complex and on occasion, contentious issues relating to pay. The role is varied supporting non-medical staff and managers, it will provide the successful applicant exposure to the national Electronic Staff Records (ESR) system, and require a good understanding of NHS terms and conditions and pension/retirement processes.
