Are you motivated and ready for a challenge?We are currently recruiting enthusiastic individuals to join our team in the Subway Unit at the Royal Sussex County Hospital.

Full Time, Part time and Bank considered

Main duties of the job

The main responsibilities of a Sandwich Artist are to provide excellent customer service, greet and welcome customers to Subway and serve quality made sandwiches to customer specification. Food preparation plays a key part in the role and the Sandwich Artist will prepare vegetables, pan, retard and bake bread, prepare meat setups, and ensure front counter is well stocked with fresh produce.

Other duties include paperwork, cash handling, cleaning to ensure the customer area and back of house is kept clean and tidy.You should be friendly, out-going, be able to give fantastic customer service, have a good work ethic, be hard working and have a can-do attitude.Full training will be given although it will be advantageous if you have already worked in a food / retail position previously.
