The POG physiotherapy service operates from three locality sites within Brighton, Hove and Haywards Heath. Offering POG services to local populations rich in cultural diversity, we are committed to delivering a service that is relevant to the communities we serve and strive to promote opportunity for all.
The successful postholder will work with colleagues across our UHSussex sites to cover a 1 year maternity leave.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will carry their own clinical caseload and be responsible for governance and supervision within the POG team. As the service lead they will drive service development and redesign projects as well as maintaining high clinical standards within the team.
The service is committed to professional development and post graduate education facilitated through an established appraisal, mentoring scheme and in-service training programme. We offer a supportive learning environment.
