Job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our team and provide excellent patient care in an environment where staff are supported to innovate and lead improvement. You will be based at Worthing and Southlands Hospitals with rotations in the out-patient, in-patient and community settings. You will be well supported by the highly experienced team-lead physiotherapists with excellent opportunities to develop your own clinical and leadership skills, working within a strong peer group of other physiotherapists and alongside a strong and supportive multi-disciplinary team. This Band 6 position is an excellent opportunity to develop your established further within a dynamic, forward looking and innovative department.

Main duties of the job

We are a research active department with strong links to the Trust's Research and Innovation Committee and local HEI's. We are continuing to develop and support local clinical research activity, post graduate education and provide for those interested in developing clinical academic careers.

Worthing Hospital is an attractive seaside location on the South Coast, situated adjacent to the South Downs National Park, 20 minutes from the City of Brighton and Hove, with excellent transport links to London and across Southern England. You will be joining a strong and supportive Physiotherapy Department within the top performing Western Sussex Hospitals Foundation Trust.
