Job summary
The post holder will provide a high quality and customer focused support service to a range of internal and external customers, to enable the trust to provide excellent educational services. This will include the delivery of a high standard of administrative support, to colleagues, both within the immediate and wider Integrated Education Team.
The post holder will also support the development of the Apprentices within the team, acting as a role model for staff and will uphold an excellent professional attitude, in line with the values and behaviours of our organisation.
Main duties of the job
- Answer training and development enquiries, both in person, on the phone and via email
- Administering the Training & Development generic in-boxes. Ensuring all emails are responded to within the SLAs.
- Supporting the delivery of face to face Induction and STAM training (setting up rooms, welcoming and registering delegates, answering face to face enquiries).
- Administering and providing support to the Training and Development team and those within with wider Integrated Education Team, e.g. raising purchase orders, updating the Intranet, organising meetings.
- Support and coach other members within the team, such as Training & Development Apprentice
