Job summary
  We are looking for someone who is friendly, engaging, confident and a good team player.
You will be able to work on your own initiative as well as working within a large team, to manage tasks to ensure the front reception area runs smoothly. You will be answering a busy non-emergency switchboard and dealing with Visitors face to face.
  Main duties of the job
  You will deal with postal deliveries (both internal and external), couriers, order various stock items for the building (such as stationery and beverages), greet callers and navigate them to the appropriate department/person via a busy switchboard.
If you have excellent customer service and reception skills, and enjoy meeting people, then you will enjoy the challenge of working as part of this busy team.
Reception is open Monday to Thursday 08.00hrs to 17.00hrs, and 08.00 - 16.30hrs on Friday. We are looking for a permanent Receptionist to cover the following shifts Mon to Friday 08.00 - 12.30pm totalling 22.5 hours per week.
