We have an exciting job opportunity for an Executive Office Manager to join the CEO's Private Office.This role requires an individual with positive attitudes in line with our Trust values and behaviours, excellent attention to detail, highly organised and a skilled communicator. The successful applicant will have excellent interpersonal skills and a solution focused approach to problem solving.

The Chief Executive office is the public face of South East Coast Ambulance Trust and sets the tone and quality of the interface within and outside the organisation. It also supports the Chief Executive in undertaking the leadership of the organisation, performing a wide range of complex tasks, ensuring the safe and secure corporate management of the organisation and the best use of their time.

The Executive Office Manager has a vital and unique role at the Trust. This role holder will provide support to the Chief of Staff and under their direction ensure the Executive Office operates in an agile fashion, effectively and efficiently with complete confidentiality and discretion.

Main duties of the job

In this role you will:

  • Provide oversight and ensure transparency of area and range of initiatives/workstreams aligned to the CEO Trust's strategic objectives
  • Establish and maintain appropriate systems to provide accurate management information including co-ordination and collation of all performance data for the Executive team (e.g. appraisals, training etc) and working with the EA to ensure Asana on a regular basis
  • To contribute to the budget/finances of the Executive Office by advising on expenditure, cost savings, and monitoring of relevant budgets, deputising for the Chief of Staff in periods of absence.
  • To support the Chief of Staff to provide oversight of the work of the office and provide additional support to the CEO where necessary, particularly regarding more complex correspondence and the co-ordination of briefing and information flows
