Recruitment Advisor

  • £28,407 - £34,581 per annum
  • Base Location: Crawley / Home working with travel across the South East
  • Start date mid-April
  • 12 Month Maternity cover

We have an opportunity within the Recruitment Team. Working as part of our Corporate services remits, this position will require high levels of communication skills as well as previous experience within a recruitment team.

Main duties of the job

You will be recruiting for corporate staff to support the Trusts central services, including HR, Finance, Fleet, Scheduling, Planning and the Chief Executive office.

These posts receive volume applications and your role will be to ensure that all candidates are considered based on their skills and experience and you will manage their application and onboarding from start to finish, offering a positive on-boarding experience, while building great relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates alike.

Your main responsibilities would include;

  • Working with hiring managers on your remit to plan recruitment campaigns
  • Advertising, longlisting and interview planning for all vacancies
  • Conditional offers of employment
  • Overseeing the compliance process for all offered applicants
  • Preparing contracts of employment and new joiner paperwork
  • Managing close relationships with stakeholders teams to ensure recruitment SLAs are reached
  • Candidate communication and ensuring a positive on-boarding experience

Essential

  • CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice (CCP) or similar.
  • Educated to Bachelors degree/Diploma level or equivalent evidenced relevant qualification
  • Interview skills training
  • ESR or similar payroll system knowledge

Desirable

  • Associate/Chartered Member of the CIPD Fully or part CIPD qualified (post graduate diploma

Knowledge

Essential

  • Knowledge of HR systems
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Ms Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet).
  • Have a good understanding of employment law.

Desirable

  • Electronic staff Records (ESR)
  • Experience of using wide range of Job Boards including NHS Jobs
