o Permanent Contracto Band 5, NHS Agenda for Change £29,970 - £36,483 Per Annumo 37.5 hrs per week
Role will be Monday to Friday working between 8am and 5pm and will include weekend work on a rota.

Main duties of the job
The IT Support Engineers are the entry point for all issues reported to IT.They provide a primary point of contact and initial triage for all reported ITissues and service requests. The service desk covers all Trust IT equipment including EOC/111 contact centres, server/data centres, MRC, ambulance station and ACRP equipment and all corporate services.
To provide friendly and professional customer focused service desk support for internal and external customers against the recognised service level agreements. Work alongside other IT staff and external suppliers to maintain the security and integrity of the Trusts computer systems and networks.
This is a technical role and the team is expected to resolve the majority ofincidents. When needed the requests will be escalated to other IT teamsboth inside and outside of the support team.
