The post holder will be responsible for the development and management of health and social care resources to ensure that a seamless, responsive, and flexible service is provided to patients and their carers that focuses on recovery and promotes self-management of long-term conditions and encourages patients to live independent and fulfilling lives.
The post holder will ensure the development of the service line is comprehensive, flexible and promotes a culture of service users' involvement at every stage of the care pathway.

Ensuring the clinical and operational systems across the service line are fit for purpose.
Providing senior leadership and expertise for the continuous development of the Mental Health Hub and ADAPT pathway service line.
The post holder will be based at Beckenham Beacon and will provide oversight of the day-to-day operational management for ensuring all the teams based at Beckenham Beacon are delivered within the agreed structures.
Main duties of the job
The post holder is responsible for achieving the defined targets and standards against the key performance and quality indicators including relevant local authority and nationally agreed indicators.
Monitor activity levels and ensure that services meet the contractual targets.
Be fully conversant with the relevant indicators and their constructions, able to analyse performance trends, identifying risk and advising the general manager. Prepare accurate performance reports as required, formulate action plans to improve performance if necessary.
Assist in the implementation of change management providing clear leadership and taking appropriate action to ensure it is successful.
To develop, implement and maintain systems, processes, and practice in risk management, including the management of Health and Safety.
