Job summary
To provide integrated and comprehensive administrative support to the Community Mental Health Team dealing with client enquiries and maintaining good office systems.
Main duties of the job
To provide full admin support for teams, working closely with the team and their colleagues, helping to cover admin roles and working with each other to provide smooth running of the admin team. On occasions helping other admin colleagues covering all roles and helping to cover reception during busy periods and annual leave.

Undertaking copy typing word processing support to the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) for the provision of required client related reports, letters, discharge summaries etc. including legal documentation, whilst prioritising workload and meeting deadlines.

Dealing with incoming correspondence on a daily basis, distributing and taking appropriate action as necessary, ensuring urgent items are brought to the attention of professional staff within the team.
