Job summary
We are looking for an experienced administrator to cover a period of Maternity Leave (1 Year) within our Bexley CAMHS Service.
- The successful candidate will be predominantly be responsible for arranging the Service's Initial Assessments, which includes liaising with Service Uses and offering flexibility for appointment dates/times.
- Use of general administrative systems in order to support the day to day running of the service/team.
- Using a range of IT systems (Microsoft)
- Able to work in a busy challenging environment

To provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Bexley CAMHS Multi-disciplinary Team. In addition to supporting with the Services Initial Assessments Clinics.

Job responsibilities
- Undertaking copy as required by the MDT team for the provision of client related reports, letters, discharge summaries etc.
- Prioritise work-load
- Dealing with incoming correspondence on a daily basis, distributing and uploading to RIO accordingly
- Undertake any administrative procedures required to support the team, e.g. arrange online clinical appointments/meetings using MS Teams.
- Attend and participate in meetings
- Minute meetings as required
- Undertaking administrative duties, e.g. diary management, photocopying, monitoring/ordering of stationery
- Using electronic clinical record system (RIO)
- Handling of telephone enquiries minimal supervision.
- Participate in supervision and PDR/appraisals
