Team Administrator, Band 3
FULL TIME 37.5hrs Mon-Fri
The Community Mental Health Transformation Programme has led to the development of the Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub in Bexley and this is being delivered by a combination of staff from Oxleas, Mind in Bexley, South East London CCG, Primary Care, Bexley Local Authority, voluntary, third party and local partners.
We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our Wellbeing Hub Service in Older Adults and Adults Mental Health Service in Bexley.
This is a busy and varied role and you will be providing administration support to the Bexley Wellbeing Hub. You should have excellent communication skills, verbal, listening and written, as you will be liaising with clients, carers, GP's and other professionals with regard to administrative duties.
Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise work are essential, as you will be setting up and maintaining office processes and procedures and managing conflicting deadlines. You must be able to respond to urgent referrals and messages and booking appointments.
Experience of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, is essential.
Experience of using Rio or other patient information systems would be an advantage, although full training will be given to the successful applicants.
Working within an multi disciplinary team, being able to use your own initiative and work on your own when necessary.
Main duties of the job
MAIN DUTIES
The post holder will provide a high-quality administrative service support to the Hub Multidisciplinary Team, using independent judgment, working proactively without direct supervision and prioritising workload using own initiative, involving a commensurate degree of accountability.

Support team, dealing with clients face to face and on the telephone, copy and audio typing using the G2 voice recognition system, typing letters to clients and GP's, typing client assessments, scanning/photocopying, booking appointments, taking/typing up formal minutes and covering other admin work during periods of a/l or sickness which includes reception work.
