Job summary
To provide administrative and secretarial support to the Trauma Coordinators. Reporting to the Site Practitioner Team Leader and working closely with them. To work flexibly and to provide and receive confidential and sensitive information written, oral or verbal, to be exchanged with patients/clients, relatives, staff or external parties.
Main duties of the job
Undertake specific tasks to support the Trauma Coordinator team on a daily basis, answering trauma referral calls, calling back departments, referring hospitals, and assisting to ensure the trauma pathway for patients is as smooth as possible.
