Main duties of the job

The purpose of the Administrator's role is to support the administrative team and Reception team within the Antenatal/Fetal Medicine Department in Women's Services.

The role will include covering the Reception desks in the Department. In addition there will be a need to receive and make telephone calls, communicating in a polite and confident manner. Support will be required with general clerical and administrative tasks, data collection and entry, completion of regulatory documentation, maintenance of clear audit trail and other duties as required. This is a Monday to Sunday service.
