Main duties of the job
As our Temporary Resourcing Operations Manager, you'll lead the Trust's centralised Temporary Resourcing Service -- providing high-quality, cost-effective staffing solutions across all staff groups, including bank workers, agency staff, and interims.
You'll ensure our service is efficient, compliant, and responsive to operational needs while delivering exceptional value for money. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll champion innovation, streamline processes, and maximise the use of technology to meet the ever-evolving needs of our Trust.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading day-to-day operations of the Temporary Resourcing function.
- Managing agency contracts and ensuring compliance with NHS England, NHS Improvement, and NHS Employers directives.
- Analysing workforce data to reduce temporary staffing costs and improve efficiency.
- Developing recruitment pipelines and talent pools to ensure a sustainable supply of skilled temporary workers.
- Driving continuous improvement in systems, processes, and governance.
- Management of all complaints (serious and minor)
