We are recruiting for a Advanced Practitioner Reporting Radiographer who shares our ambition and vision to deliver theBest of Care by the Best People and has the drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff.

Main duties of the job

To work as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner in an expert clinical practitioner role within diagnostic radiography.

The post holder will rotate through both theplain X-ray Radiographer reporting service and General X-ray.

They will produce high quality, definitive, final radiology reports on the range of plain film axial and appendicular examinations. Referral sources will include GP, ED, IP and OPD. They will be committed to the general X-ray rota when not reporting.

The post holder will contribute to the site management of the Radiology service when required to. Active involvement in ongoing training for junior staff is expected.
